What Astrio protects
Astrio uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, abuse, malicious traffic, account misuse, and accidental disclosure. Access to protected sections is checked beyond simply hiding a link or button, and unusual activity may be reviewed or limited.
Safeguards are maintained and adjusted as the website changes. Exact configurations, detection rules, provider arrangements, and internal response procedures are not published because doing so could weaken them.
Your account safety
- Use only your own sign-in account and protect access to it.
- Do not share session links, browser data, access tokens, or another method that could let someone act as you.
- Sign out when using a shared or public device.
- Contact Astrio promptly if you see unexpected account activity or believe your sign-in has been compromised.
Protected access and consequences
Rapid repeated requests may be delayed or temporarily rejected. Attempts to automate extraction, copy protected content in bulk, evade limits, inspect protected resources, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with the website may pause or restrict protected access.
Opening browser developer or inspection tools while signed in can trigger a visible warning and pause protected navigation. Three recorded detections can permanently restrict New Update Changes, Information, and Calculators unless Astrio later removes the restriction after review. Public creator pages and Guides may remain available.
Trying to bypass a warning or restriction through another account, browser, device, automated process, or other workaround is a separate violation of the Terms of Use and may lead to further restrictions.
Review of a restriction
Security signals can be mistaken. If you believe a warning or restriction was applied incorrectly, email officialastrio@gmail.com with your Astrio username, the approximate date and time, the page you were using, and a concise explanation. Astrio may review available records and ask for additional information. Review does not guarantee that access will be restored.
Some access may remain limited while a security concern is investigated or when records must be kept to prevent repeated abuse, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
Report a vulnerability privately
If you believe you found a vulnerability, email officialastrio@gmail.com with the affected URL or feature, the potential impact, concise reproduction steps, and any non-sensitive supporting evidence. Keep the report private while Astrio has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
This reporting page does not authorize active security testing. Do not:
- access, copy, change, or delete another person's information;
- retain access or continue after obtaining minimal proof;
- run denial-of-service, traffic-flood, spam, or destructive tests;
- use phishing, social engineering, malware, or credential attacks;
- disrupt the website or its providers; or
- publish credentials, personal information, or exploit details.
Ask for written permission before performing testing beyond ordinary use. No payment, bounty, public credit, or other reward is promised unless Astrio agrees to it in writing beforehand.
Security incidents and limits
Astrio may temporarily disable features, end sessions, require a new sign-in, reset access, preserve relevant records, or notify affected users and authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to an incident. Notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
No security measure can prevent every attack, mistake, false signal, crawler, instance of unauthorized copying, or interruption. The security page describes reasonable goals and user expectations; it is not a certification or guarantee.
